Where We Ship

We ship Canada wide using trusted carriers (e.g., Canada Post, ICs, Purolator). 

Speed OF Shipping

We process orders within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Delivery times estimated 1-3 business days. Once a package is handed to the carrier, tracking will be sent to your email.

Shipping Interruptions

Lost/Delayed shipments: If tracking shows delivered but you are sure you didn’t receive it. Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery so we can help investigate.

Damaged on arrival: Snap photos of the box, label, and product and contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.

Order changes/cancellations: We can’t modify or cancel after fulfillment begins, but reach out quickly and we’ll do our best.

returns & exchanges

Eligibility

We accept returns or issue replacements/refunds only for products that are defective upon arrival. Opened/used consumables are not returnable unless proven defective. Change-of-mind, shipping delays, address errors, or unclaimed packages are not eligible.

How to report & timeline

Email [hello@goodelectricity.ca] with your order number and clear photos/video of the defective product. Report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery and production manufacturing defects within 7 days

Process & costs:

We cover return shipping only for confirmed defects/our error; otherwise, returns are not accepted. Original shipping is non-refundable. Items must be returned in original packaging with all components.

Refund timing: If a refund is approved, it’s issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection (bank timelines may vary). If stock is unavailable, we’ll refund instead of replace.

Carrier loss/“delivered” scans: If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the parcel, contact your local post office to confirm that it is missing; then contact us within 7 days for help initiating a carrier investigation.
